"Hello, Our Experience with Hippo Homes is pathetic, staffs are highly unprofessionals, liars & they don't even respond to emails, WhatsApp messages, calls after taking the advance money. My project is handling (Project ID 1NDS378194) by Anshul, Rumanshu, Shailender who disappoint us & cause loads of trouble. Incase if anyone of you dealing with any of above staff then please be very careful. keep everything documented & don't pay them any advance until you sign the project document. And I would request Arvind Mediratta serving as the Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Hippo Homes or Hippostores Technology Private Limited is a home improvement company owned by the Dalmia Bharat Group to investigate my project & take serious action against such staff. I would say your company vision is destroying by such staffs. 1. Staff tricked with fancy refurbishment model which later couldn't happened due to their internal lack of communication between sales & operation team. 2. More with the project progress, we realised Hippo Staff are miss-using us & we wanted to opt out but they refused to refund the money & stressed us a lot. I even have to take Local Police assistance to sort this issue & later we had to utilise the paid funds for other services. 3. Hippo Homes don't have any professional staff & they rely on 3rd party contractor. One of the contractor worker was found drunk / intoxicated. Simultaneously, we asked to leave the premises. Later we shared this Hippo Homes staff which they ignored & not even apologise for such behaviour. 4. Their contractor even used a counterfeit material on my site than agreed brand in the quotation. 5. Staff change their words so often, lack of coordination among them, sending emails, trying best possible communication but no use. After investing 421K & 5 months already I couldn't get even one single washroom ready till today. Incase anyone need any guidance how to deal with Hippo Homes staff then feel free to contact me."

"Very spacious with many things on Display but no one to attend you. I went there and there was nobody to attend you or tell you anything. Also today there was no stock, all so empty empty. And their prices are also kinda high as compared to other places."
